Dale Wilson:
Customer Service Manager of the Year.
The field was narrowed to three, and when all was said and done it was our very own Dale Wilson who won the Building Industry Association's greatest honor, the Customer Service Manager of the Year Award. Nearly 800 guests were present at the award ceremony to recognize Dale's many achievements.

With over twenty years experience in customer service for the building industry, Dale is no stranger to the spotlight, having received numerous awards in the past for his outstanding contributions. He received the Manager of the Year Award in 1992 and in 2001 received the Certificate of Achievement for Customer Service Representative / Manager. We're honored to have Dale leading the Concordia Home Care Team.
