It is the policy of Concordia® Home Care Services to complete repairs and replacements within 25 days from the date your request is received and processed.

At times, due to circumstances beyond our control, some repairs may take more than 25 days.

Delays can be caused by shortage of materials, back ordered parts, labor problems, weather and other circumstances.
